The fifth master’s degree program at Larestan Higher Education Complex has been approved.

Dr. Afrozeh, President of the Larestan Higher Education Complex, announced the approval for admitting students to the Master’s program in Artificial Intelligence and stated:

“Thanks to our continuous efforts, and following the addition of new undergraduate and postgraduate programs last year, we have successfully obtained approval this year as well for student admission to the Master’s program in Artificial Intelligence — one of the main branches of Computer Engineering.”

The President added that, according to the terms of this approval, admissions for this program will begin in Mehr 1404 (September 2025):
“With the rapid advancement of technology worldwide, Artificial Intelligence has become one of the most practical and in-demand fields. It offers strong career prospects for students in this discipline.”

He expressed his appreciation for the efforts of Dr. Boroujerdi, the honorable representative of the region in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, as well as his colleagues at the university, in helping secure this approval. He added:
“This achievement is undoubtedly an important step toward the development and progress of the university and Greater Larestan. We will certainly continue our efforts to obtain approvals for more undergraduate and graduate programs.”

It is worth noting that Artificial Intelligence is one of the most popular subfields of Computer Engineering at the master’s level. It focuses on designing intelligent systems, data analysis, and the development of advanced technologies. This program is aimed at training specialists capable of enabling machines to learn, make decisions, and solve complex problems.
